Course Description:
In this course, you will learn how to conduct an effective job interview while being aware of discrimination throughout the hiring process. You will review what constitutes discrimination, how to avoid behavior that can be perceived as discriminatory, how to properly prepare for the interview process, how to remain neutral while conducting an interview, and how to avoid a “bad hire” in the process. This course provides guidance for interviewing. It is not legal advice. Always partner with your HR director throughout the hiring process. Duration: 26 Minutes.
