Course Description:
This module examines landlord-tenant law, housing code enforcement, evictions, and notice requirements; appropriate governance of a housing authority, including the roles of the Board and Executive Director; ethics policies and considerations; as well as procurement laws and regulations. Duration: 3 Hours. Passing Exam Score: 70%.

• Examine the ethics policies required for housing agencies, and how to address conflicts of interest, gifts, and employee fraud
• Recall the procurement laws and regulations
