Stan's Biography:
Stan Fitterman is the President of SFF Consulting Group and a veteran affordable housing professional with over 30 years of experience in LIHTC development, finance, and underwriting. He has directly developed more than 500 units of affordable rental housing using 9% LIHTC, giving him practical insight into project feasibility, investor expectations, cost controls, and long term stabilization. Alongside his consulting work with developers and funding organizations, Stan is an experienced facilitator who teaches affordable housing finance and development fundamentals. He is known for breaking down complex financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance for practitioners at all levels. Stan’s work reflects his core belief that disciplined development and informed leadership are essential to building strong, sustainable communities.
