Course Description:
This course is a great onboarding course for new board members, as well as the perfect refresher for existing board members. It focuses on the responsibilities of a board member, including the importance of acting ethically, and duties under the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC). In addition, learn how to prepare for each meeting, and effectively work with others to achieve results. Steps to becoming a successful board member are reviewed, as well as what to avoid in a meeting. Duration: 1 Hour.
